Monica: Minnesota, United States; I'm a retired school bus driver, of mostly Norwegian descent. I enjoy reading, crocheting and knitting. I also have quite a cookbook collection and love reading cookbooks and trying out new recipes. In 2012 I was blessed by getting to publish my own cookbook, that was one of my greatest achievements. My husband and I love going for rides in the woods, getting to see some wildlife is a bonus. I treasure spending time with my family and friends.
